Returns policy


If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us you may cancel the purchase within seven working days of the day after the date on which the item was delivered provided that the item has not been unsealed and is in its original condition.

To cancel your purchase within this seven-working-day period please package the relevant item securely and send it to us using the address given on the contact us page. Please note that for the cancellation of the contract to be effective any returned items must be received by us within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning an item to us. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

When we receive a valid notice of cancellation of an order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. We anticipate that refunds will be paid by cheque but reserve the right to pay any refund through any other appropriate means.


IMPORTANT

To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order please follow the guidelines below:

  • Please include the payslip (the original or a copy) or a piece of paper with the name of the person who ordered the items, the order number and the reason for the return with the items being returned.
  • Please use our original packaging to return the item.
  • Please include the name of the person who ordered the items and the order number in the sender field on the package.
