If you are wondering how sensitive condoms work, it is straightforward. Most of them are made using thinner latex. This allows more sensation because there is a thinner physical barrier between you and your partner. A few condoms are manufactured with other materials to latex, (e.g. polyurethane) and these material’s greater strength allows them to be made thinner.
