Non latex condoms
Whether you just want a condom that is stronger and thinner than a standard latex condom, or you want non latex condoms because you have a latex allergy, there are various non latex condoms available.
Non latex condoms are not a recent invention; for hundreds of years prior to the use of latex condoms were in use around the world. The recent use of materials such as polyisoprene, polyurethane or synthetic resins such as AT-10 has made the non latex condom effective in preventing the transmission of STI’s and has increased the strength of non latex condoms, allowing them to be made thinner even than latex condoms.
Whilst some non latex condoms are still considered to have a slightly higher risk of breakage than standard latex condoms, non latex condoms do pass all of the required international tests and are recommended for use by both international and British health agencies.
